Louis Celi
Lou Celi Lou was formerly Senior Vice President and Publisher of the Economist Intelligence Unit. Lou was also a member of the Economist Group’s Americas Management Committee and served as the Chairman of the Group’s Electronic Publishing Committee. Prior to joining the EIU, Lou worked as Senior Vice President for Business International, a global research and advisory firm dedicated to helping multinationals do business abroad. At Business International, Lou worked with former Secretary of Agriculture Orville Freeman and Barack Obama, who he mentored in financial journalism. Lou is a frequent speaker at media industry and technology events, and he has authored several books, including Global Cash Management, Automating the Finance Function and Competing in the Digital Age. Lou served on the White House’s business advisory committee for Latin America during the Reagan administration.
Mary Driscoll
Mary Driscoll is an author, editor, and lecturer with expertise in corporate finance and business management. She serves as Research Fellow at APQC, leading the financial management best practices research initiative.
Ms. Driscoll also runs Dover Business Research and Consulting Group. Previously, she was President of CFO Research, the research services arm of CFO magazine. She spent many seven years as a Senior Editor at CFO, developing cover stories and features on topics ranging from finance transformation, performance management and capital markets to financial management information systems. CFO magazine is a division of the Economist Group, which is based in London.
Ms. Driscoll has written several business books, including Cash Management: Corporate Strategies for Profit (John Wiley & Sons). She has won journalism awards involving corporate finance, treasury operations, and personal financial planning topics. She currently serves on the Advisory Boards of three technology start-ups.
She received a BA (honors) in English from the University of Massachusetts and studied accounting and management at Harvard University’s CAS program.

Steven M. Looney is an advisor and financing specialist with particular expertise in rapid performance improvement and outsourcing and is a CPA and an attorney. He is a Director and Member of the Compliance and Compensation Committees of Sun Healthcare Group, Inc. a $1.5 billion revenue NASDAQ healthcare services firm and a Director and Audit Committee Chair of GSC Investment Corporation, a NYSE- listed business development company providing capital to middle market enterprises and of Vein Associates,a public healthcare services firm. He also is a director and advisor on strategic and financial matters to WH Industries, Inc., a private $50 million revenue manufacturer of diesel engine valve actuation systems.
Mr. Looney is a graduate of the Business and Law Schools at the University of Washington in Seattle, served as an attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC, as General Counsel of A.G. Becker-Warburg Paribas Becker, an international investment bank, and as chief financial officer of PCCI, Inc. a private information technology outsourcing firm, and of WH Industries.

Louise Michaels designed the UX of salesalignment.com and has created media for industry, education, and health organizations for over two decades. Louise managed and operated her own advertising studio, serving local and national brands with myriad advertising solutions for nine years. Louise has developed work for motion media and the web for over ten years as a multimedia developer and creative art director.
Educated in New Jersey, New York, Vermont and UK, Louise has a long history of real world experience mixed with on-going skill development through higher education. Her abilities are proven across many areas including web design, digital video and photography for web, animation for web, authoring courseware for distance learning / DVD media for industry, print design for packaging and collateral media, and more. Her work has received several awards and can be seen at numerous URLs, in professional journals, textbooks, and in children's books as well. Louise has worked for marketing professionals, IT professionals in software and hardware development; for eCommerce, marketing, and publishing industries; and for higher education, government, insurance, realty, finance and pharmaceutical professionals. Louise holds a BA in Fine Art from William Paterson University, New Jersey; Masters credits in film, video, and 3D from Montclair State University and William Paterson University; and a Certificate in Multimedia and Video from Champlain College, Vermont.

Jim Roche, Co-founder Customers Incorporated. Jim Roche is an industry recognized expert in creating and operating world-class sales teams. A 2005 American Business Award finalist for Best Sales Executive, he has held a variety of sales roles ranging from “carrying a bag” and running large and highly decentralized sales teams to creating and implementing sales automation systems training, and running worldwide sales operations organizations. Much of his career was spent at META Group, Inc., a leading technology research, consulting, and advisory firm with operations in 35 countries, offering information technology strategic consulting, transformation programs, and retainer advisory services. His most recent role at META Group, prior to its acquisition April 1, 2005 by Gartner, Inc., included building and running worldwide sales operations centered on a highly successful implementation of the ValueSelling sales process.
